The 2021 Graduating Class of St. Thomas Aquinas High School walked across the stage at the Whitecap Pavllion on the Kenora Harbourfront last night. To ensure COVID-19 safety protocols were observed and capacity limits under the Whitecap Pavilion were upheld, the class was divided into two groups and each class member was allowed to invite two people to attend one of two in-person graduation ceremonies.

Remote Learning Starts on April 20

On April 12, 2021, the Premier of Ontario announced that all Ontario elementary and secondary schools will move to remote learning following the Spring Break. There was no return date announced for in-person learning as that will depend on the community spread of COVID-19. KCDSB schools start remote learning on April 20.

Ratification of OPSEU Collective Agreement
