The Kenora Catholic District School Board is dedicated to excellence in Catholic education. We offer Catholic education services in Kenora, Keewatin, Red Lake and Ear Falls and to the Anishinaabe families of surrounding First Nation communities and Métis families of the area.
The Kenora Catholic District School Board respects that our schools and facilities are on Treaty #3 land, home to the Anishinaabe people and communities of the Treaty #3 Nation.
These traditional territories date back countless generations, and we respect the Indigenous peoples who have been stewards of this land, fulfilling sacred relationships and responsibilities. In our school system, we recognize and celebrate the contributions of Canada's Indigenous peoples.
We recognize the very important role of treaties in establishing Ontario and acknowledge that those treaties are alive and relevant today.
