The Kenora Catholic District School Board is planning for before and after school/extended day programming for the 2018 - 2019 school year by collecting information through the Before and After School/Extended Day Program Viability Survey (Child Care Survey).
Parents of students in Kindergarten to Grade 5 are encouraged to complete the Before and After School/Extended Day Program Viability Survey as the information collected through the survey will help the board determine interest and programming needs at each of its elementary schools. The Board will continue to collaborate with its community child care partners to offer programming in elementary schools where there is enough interest to run a viable program to support the needs of families.
Any information that you provide will be helpful in our planning, even if you do not plan to enrol your child in before and after school programming.
The survey is available until May 31, 2018 and can be completed either by filling out the form sent home with your child and returning it to your child's elementary school or through the online survey link:

Please note that completing this survey does not register your child into the Before and After School Program. Please contact one of the board's Before and After School Child Care providers for a registration package.
