The Walking Forward Together Shoe Drive for Catholic Education Week was a huge success! 1,181 pairs of new or gently used shoes were collected. Thank you to Mlle Orr's SMB Kindergarten Class and Ms. Orr's PJPII 5/6 class for teaming up on this initiative. All the shoes will be donated to the Minto Resource Center and the Ne-Chee Friendship Center. What an amazing way to kick-off Catholic Education Week 2017.
"The students learned that together we can make a difference. They were able to see the importance of Walking Forward Together as a class, school and community, says Teacher, Kara Orr.
