Today the board released its final video in a series of videos showcasing Innovative Learning Projects at the Kenora Catholic District School Board. This video captured the transformation of re-envisioning the Grade 7/8 classroom spaces at St. Thomas Aquinas High School into studio learning environments. The focus of the transformation was to put 'home' back into homeroom and support a new condition for learning.
This video was produced by the board's videographer partner Matt Kennedy of Upriver Media Inc. and captures student voice, the classroom transformation and interviews with teachers. The video also features David Jakes the Chief Design Officer who supported the board with re-envisioning the learning spaces.
