(April 24th) Attention all families in Kenora, Sioux Narrows, Dryden and Vermilion Bay. Please be advised that due to the storm system entering the region the Northwestern Ontario Student Services Consortium has issued anearly school bus dismissal for Kenora/Sioux Narrows and Dryden and Vermillion Bay for 1:00 p.m. today.
Buses will begin to pick up students who are registered to take the school bus between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. All Kenora Catholic District Schools will remain open. Students who do not take the bus will be dismissed at regular dismissal time.
The Northwestern Student Services Consortium will continue to monitor conditions for Red Lake/Sioux Lookout/Ignace and Upsala and will dispatch highway buses if it becomes necessary. For more information, please visit www.nwobus.ca
