Mrs. Fenelon's grade 4 class from École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys was recently caught out on the lawn in the sunshine. The class was practicing the art of yoga and the students are loving it.
Molly Hendy talks about why she likes yoga. "I like coming outside in the morning with my class. When we are doing our poses our teacher always tells us something nice while we are doing our poses, like 'your day is going to be the greatest'. When we are done our yoga I always feel happy."
Lucas Pavey is also enjoying the lessons. "We've been doing it every day for the past three weeks. I like going outside to stretch and get fresh air."
