The team at the Catholic Education Center had a little extra Christmas cheer brought to their day. On December 18th Grade 4 students from École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys visited the center to sing Christmas Carols. The students performed in front of the entire CEC staff during their Christmas luncheon celebration.
Sydney, Brooklynne, Lily, Leah, Madison, Angelina and Anaiya decided they wanted to join together and sing Christmas Carols this Christmas and have been bringing Christmas cheer and performing their songs throughout École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys to various classes.
The students had this to say about the experience:
"I really like seeing the joy on people's faces as we sing them a Christmas song," Leah
"It's amazing how well we sing together," Angelina
"It's really fun to make people smile, especially at Christmas," Madison
"It makes us feel happy to spread the Christmas spirit," Sydney
This may be just the start for these students as they already have plans to do it again next Christmas.
