LolaMeet Lola. She's a beautiful puppy through the Dog's Life Program. Lola has been adopted by Mrs. Holmstrom's grade 1/2 class. Through the program Lola is able to visit the students and the students are able to name the puppy and then get updates on how the puppy is doing in her new foster home.

Lola has visited the class on several occasions. The students are able to learn about her life, how to care for her and positive training methods. Each child in the class has a photo album that they can put updated pictures of Lola in.

Mrs. Holmstrom talks about the program. "The whole experience has been really wonderful. It's a wonderful way for children to learn about empathy and kindness. The students are very excited about the program and look forward to all of Lola's visits."

Here are a few comments from the grade 1/2 students:

"When I see Lola she makes me feel excited" Georgia. C
