We invite you to join us this year for our No-Book, Book Club! After the success of last year’s book club, the Kenora Catholic Mental Health Team is back, this time focusing on the 9 Things All Kids Need to be Resilient from the book I Still Love You by Dr. Michael Ungar. Each session you will learn a little about one or two of the nine things all children need and as a group we will discuss ideas on how to incorporate them into our daily lives. Rest assured if you would like a copy of his book the Mental Health team would be happy to provide it.
