We are pleased to announce that Jordan Temple has been selected as the Vice Principal of École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys, effective August 29, 2024. Having served as the acting VP for the past year, Jordan is excited to continue fostering growth within the school community.
Jordan shared: "I am honoured to have the opportunity to collaborate and work with the amazing students and staff at École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys while continuing to learn from Principal Hilary Aitken."
He aims to foster excellence in academics, French instruction, and deepen our Catholic identity. Jordan values French Immersion Education as both an educator and a parent, saying: "I feel like working here is supporting other families as mine was supported while my children attended this school."
His message to the staff: “Every day is a ‘gift.' Many people have heard me say this, but I mean it. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, exceptional colleagues, and a vocation that allows me to help students become the best version of themselves, and I am grateful for this opportunity."
Principal Hilary Aitken expressed her confidence in Jordan’s ability to lead and inspire the school community: “Jordan has proven himself to be a dedicated and passionate leader. His commitment to our students and staff is unwavering. Over the past year, Jordan has shown remarkable leadership and an ability to connect with everyone in our school community. His vision and enthusiasm will undoubtedly continue to inspire excellence at École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys. The transition will be seamless as he’s already involved in the day to day operation and school planning. I am thrilled to have him officially join our team as Vice Principal.”
