La Carnaval was a perfect way to celebrate the warmer winter temperatures. The whole school participated in activities ranging from canoe races in the snow to marshmallow structures. Everyone enjoyed taffy and hot chocolate. Our guest of honour, Bonhomme Carnaval, was a fun and cheerful addition. La Carnaval came to a close with warm bowls of traditional French pea soup and bread. A special thanks to all of our volunteers from the English River Miners and MNR.
