
The Mental Health Team is pleased to introduce Tea with the Team, a new series of monthly recorded sessions designed to support parents and caregivers with practical tools and insights for navigating everyday parenting challenges.
Each session will focus on a different topic, informed by the conversations the team is having with families and the emerging needs seen across our schools. Parents are invited to register for the sessions that interest them and participate from the comfort of their own homes in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
The first session, “The Science of Getting a Great Night’s Sleep,” will take place on January 22, 2026, from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. This session will explore how sleep cycles, breath-work, gratitude practices, and physical well-being can support healthy sleep habits for children and caregivers alike.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to sign up and join the conversation as we learn and grow together.
